Within Australia we prefer to use Express Post as our mode for postage and this offers a speedy and traceable service for your purchase. Generally for a standard purchase postage is $11.95 nationwide for express post delivery. This is in addition to cost of your purchase.

We are happy to ship internationally and can arrange a postage estimate for you anywhere in the world - please enquire directly through our Website or Facebook and Instagram to make your purchase or custom order - We love sending our batons overseas.

Returns

A Conductor’s baton is a very personal tactile purchase - we completely understand and appreciate that what can look fabulous and seem perfect may not be the right “fit” for any number of reasons. If you are unhappy with your choice of baton do not hesitate to contact us and we can arrange for a full refund or exchange or credit less postage expenses.
